Having journeyed through observing the body, feelings, and mind, we finally arrive at the fourth foundation of mindfulness: "Observing Non-Self in Phenomena" (Dharma-Nairatmya)—an ultimate practice leading toward Samadhi.
Life is real and beautiful, and our senses and awareness are miracles of transient, dependent origination. So-called "Non-Self" is not the erasure of our existence, but the releasing of the stubborn ego that grips on so tightly. When we stop standing in opposition to the world, we can fully surrender to the laws of nature and enter the harmony of Samadhi.
Today, Yoga Master YY guides us through four practical steps to transition from conflict to full surrender and oneness:
Understanding the Object of Observation: What is "Dharma"?
"Dharma" refers to all phenomena in existence, divided into two dimensions:
External "Form" (Rupa-dharma): All physical entities, environments, people, events, and objects.
Internal "Mind" (Nama-dharma): The concepts, labels, rules, and value judgments projected by our inner mind.
Three Great Truths of the Physical and Spiritual Worlds
1. Understanding Dependent Origination: A peony in the garden does not exist in isolation—it relies on soil, sunlight, rain, fertilizer, and care. When conditions aggregate, it blooms; when conditions disperse, it fades. Our homes, relationships, and daily tasks are all woven by these transient conditions.
2. The Environment is Neutral: With a clouded mind, every trivial matter feels like a provocation. With a pure and luminous mind, both rain and shine are simply natural manifestations. Outer circumstances reflect our inner projection.
3. Dissolving the Boundary Between Subject and Object: Suffering arises when we divide reality into "Me" versus "My Obstacles." When practicing Non-Self, that wall vanishes. There is no "suffering self" performing a "painful chore"—there are only hands, water, soil, and tools moving together in harmony, leaving no trace of pain on the heart.
Daily Practice: Radical Surrender & Alignment
Inner Surrender: Flow naturally with the laws of nature. When things do not go as expected, choose not to resist or feel victimized, but simply yield to the changing conditions.
Outer Harmony: Stop treating daily life as a battlefield. Allow your awareness and senses to work seamlessly together, coexisting in peace with every detail of life.
Aligning with the Crown Chakra: The Open State of Oneness
Imbalanced: Strong desire for control—clinging tightly to "my pride, my hardship, my property," resulting in a heavy and tense life.
Balanced: Liberated from the duality of "Self vs. Obstacle," entering the pure, authentic state of Samadhi—where you are entirely at one with all of creation.

Namaste 🙏

This week Yoga Master YY shares the concept of "Observing the Impermanence of Mind" and guides everyone through four key practical methods:
1. Recognize the Mind’s Nature: Understand that thoughts rising, falling, and unpredictable shifts are completely normal; motion and flow are the very nature of the brain.
2. Relax the Body: As the body relaxes, rigid and stubborn thoughts naturally begin to soften.
3. Anchor with Breath: Use conscious, rhythmic, and purposeful breathing to break free from chaotic thought patterns and bring a scattered mind back to the present moment.
4. Sit in Meditation: In the quiet, luminous space of meditation, directly experience the arising and passing away of every single thought.

This week, Yoga Master YY will lead us deep into the exploration of the Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra.
The Crown Chakra cannot be forcibly activated; it blossoms naturally like a lotus only after the lower six chakras are cleansed and balanced.
It reflects the receptive side of consciousness—a true surrender and flowing with conditions rooted in wisdom, a total trust in life, and the deep knowing that everything is as it should be.
The thousand-petaled lotus symbolizes that when energy reaches this stage, the expansion of consciousness is boundless and unlimited. It reflects the active side of consciousness—an infinite flow of creativity, inspiration, and compassion, unfolding layer by layer like a blooming lotus.

Ajna Chakra

This week, Yogi YY will lead us on a deep exploration of Ajna Chakra
Imbalance of Ajna Chakra
An imbalanced Ajna Chakra leads to the "dereliction of duty of the inner observer." Without the commander in place, emotional habits create confusion, leaving us in a fog.
1. Overactive
• Mental: Overinterpreting, overthinking, arrogance, and unrealistic fantasies.
• Physical: Insomnia, vivid nightmares, severe migraines, and high eye pressure.
2. Underactive
• Mental: Brain fog, indecisiveness, rigid thinking (denying intuition), and memory decline.
• Physical: Blurred vision, nasal allergies/sinusitis, and poor coordination

Imbalance of Ajna Chakra: Dereliction of Duty of the Observer (MAY 2026)

Namaste 🙏

This week, Yogi YY will lead us on a deep exploration of Ajna Chakra (Third Eye Chakra)
In Sanskrit, Ajna signifies "awareness" and "command."
When the Ajna Chakra is in balance, we develop deep insight and self-discipline. Our minds become clear, orderly, and perceptive. Through this practice, we learn to cultivate the perspective of an objective "observer," viewing transient thoughts with equanimity and regaining inner stillness.
Psychological Traits: Insight, self-discipline, mental clarity, inner order, and cultivated observer consciousness.
Physiological Connections: Located deep within the brain behind the point between the eyebrows. It corresponds to the brain, eyes, nose, pituitary gland, pineal gland, and the central nervous system.

This week, Yogi YY will lead us on a deep exploration of:
Throat Chakra : Imbalances of the Throat Chakra
* a. Deficient / Underactive: Tightness in the throat, neck stiffness, weak or soft voice, decreased thyroid function; fear of expression, silence and suppression, often feeling like "words are stuck in the throat"; energy trapped inside, breath of life feels sluggish and heavy.
* b. Excessive / Overactive: Frequent throat inflammation, jaw tension, rapid breathing; talkativeness, argumentativeness, attempting to control others through words; energy leakage, lack of focus, senses turned excessively outward, unable to hear or see reality.

Imbalance Analysis (MAY 2026)

Namaste 🙏

* Kapalbhati（快速呼吸）+ Asana（體位法）
* Ujjayi（喉呼吸）+ Asana（體位法）
* Anuloma Viloma（單鼻孔交替呼吸）
* Bhramari（蜂鳴呼吸）

This week, Yogi YY will lead us on a deep exploration of:
1. Essence and Scope of the Throat Chakra
a. Sanskrit Meaning & Philosophical Significance
The original Sanskrit meaning of the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) is "Pure" or "Especially Pure." Transitioning from "duality" to "emptiness wisdom," it is the critical gateway to connecting with the world through communication, expression, and listening.
b. Scope of Influence & Anatomical Correspondence
Area of influence: The entire neck region (ears, mouth, oral cavity, teeth, throat, esophagus, trachea, thyroid, parathyroid, shoulders, and neck). It corresponds to the fifth cervical vertebra (C5), the location of the cervical plexus, serving as a vital pathway connecting the brain and the heart.
2. Practices to Bring the Throat Chakra into Balance
3. Specific Practices:
* Kapalbhati (Breath of Fire / Skull Shining Breath) + Asana
* Ujjayi (Ocean Breath / Victorious Breath) + Asana
* Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
* Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath)

Communication & Beyond Duality (APR 2026)

Namaste 🙏

This week, Yogi YY leads us to explore the balanced and unbalanced states of the Heart Chakra:
1. Unbalanced States of the Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra)
* Over-contraction: A closed heart, lack of compassion, suppression, shallow breathing, rounded shoulders, and lowered immunity.
* Over-expansion: Excessive self-sacrifice, heightened sensitivity, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, and energy leakage that prevents returning to one's center.
2. Practices Toward Balance Comprehensive adjustments through postures, breathwork, diet, senses, mindset, and daily lifestyle.
3. A Balanced Heart Chakra is not about constant stillness, as energy is in perpetual motion. Instead, it grants us the ability to "realize our inner power," allowing us to experience authentic love, compassion, and forgiveness while accepting the imperfections in ourselves and others.
When this joyful energy flows continuously, our lives naturally reveal a vibrant, positive, and active expression.

Closed Heart or Over-Sacrifice? Heart Chakra Power (APR 2026)

Namaste 🙏

This week, Yogi YY will lead us on a deep exploration of Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra).
"Anahata" in Sanskrit signifies an unconditioned, pure joy dwelling deep within us—one that exists without needing external stimulation.
Physical Associations:
Heart, lungs, circulatory system, chest glands, and nerve plexus.
Energy & Mind:
As the center of the seven chakras, the Heart Chakra bridges the lower three and upper three chakras. It is about "how I love, am loved, and resonate with all beings."
