Do I need any prior Yoga experience to attend the class ?
不需要,任何程度的學生都歡迎。
No, students of all level proficiency are welcome.
Q 2: 如果我有一些健康上的考量也可以參加練習嗎?
Can I join the practice if I have some health problem ?
如果有健康上的考量,請先諮詢您的醫師。我們傾向於透過漸進式的鍛鍊和持續的練習來改善身體的能力,並不鼓勵任何人去作過度的動作。
Please consult your doctor if you have any concern. LQAA prefers to improve our physical capability through consistent, but gradual workout and don’t encourage anyone to do excessive poses.
Q3: 我需要帶自己的瑜伽墊嗎?
Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat ?
我們有足夠的墊子給每一個學員使用,如果您比較喜歡用自己的就把它帶來。
We do have plenty mat for everyone. If you prefer to use your own mat, please bring it along.
Q4: 我可以帶不是講中文的朋友來上課嗎?
Can my non-Chinese speaking friend attend the class ?
目前課程以中文教學為主,我們會依實際上的需求增加用英文來教學的課程。
The primary language our teacher uses during the class is Chinese (Mandarin). An English based class may be offered in the future if we see the need.

Q 6: 我可以在學期中加入上課嗎?
Can I join the class in the middle of the semester ?
我們每週的課程是一直開放供學員加入,要來之前請先跟我們聯絡因為名額有限。而每月的課程由於有課程進度的考量需要依年度報名參加。
Our weekly class is always open for anyone to join, please contact us before you come because of limited space available. For monthly class, students are required to start from the beginning due to the class agenda.
